6. Termination:

The Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the online package at its discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property:

10. Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of our Jurisdiction in Denver, and any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Agreement:

The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Refuse Service: We may refuse to provide services to any user at any time.
Terminate Production: We may halt or terminate the production of any package or order at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. ( this is for people who talk to us poorly and demand packages in an unreasonable timeframe)

Return and Refund Policy

we value your satisfaction with our products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Return Policy for details on how to initiate a return and what to expect during the process.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

You may be eligible to return a product if it meets the following criteria:

The product is in its original condition and packaging.
It is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The product is not part of the non-returnable items list (see Section 4).

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Package the product securely, including all original packaging and documentation.
Clearly label the package with the RA number provided by our Customer Service team.
Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Please note that return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

3. Inspection and Processing:

Once we receive your return, it will undergo inspection to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. After the inspection, we will process your return as follows:

If the product is in satisfactory condition and meets the return criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will provide a replacement or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

Downloadable or digital products.
Gift cards.
Products or services that have been personalized, customized, or altered in a way that makes them non-resalable. ( this includes any multi unit or single unit Data or location Package)

5. Refund Timeframe:

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the completion of the return inspection. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
